The successful candidate will be embedded with the Kuiper business and operations teams, focusing on deals in APAC, and will structure, draft, and negotiate agreements, as well as counsel the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper\u2019s enterprise and sales business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, a Juris Doctor, and membership in one state bar or equivalent, with experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work, knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services, or equivalent, and ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
