This key position is integral to our organization's risk and resilience framework, responsible for supporting strategic risk management initiatives, developing business continuity plans, and facilitating regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed frameworks and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and enterprise-wide risk management.
- Work across strategic and operational levels to deliver resilience plans, facilitate regulatory reporting, and support crisis management and security efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with teams across the organization to support risk management initiatives, deliver business continuity plans, and facilitate regulatory compliance.
- At least 7 years' experience in risk and resilience roles, with deep knowledge of ISO31000, the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (SoCI), and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, strong report writing skills, and ability to thrive in complex, multi-site environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience essential.
