About The Position
As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating a safe and efficient return to employment for individuals with psychological or physical injuries. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own schedule effectively, while also being supported by a cohesive and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans to improve return-to-work outcomes.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Demonstrated passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transport.
