Principal Security Architect

We are seeking an experienced Principal Security Engineer to lead our security testing efforts for large Amazon projects. As a key member of our Security team, you will be responsible for setting standards and defining best practices for our security team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate threats and ensure robust security measures are in place.
- Conduct thorough security testing and vulnerability research to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build security tools tailored to our organization's needs.
- Provide security training and outreach to internal development teams to foster a security-conscious culture.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security guidance documentation, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivering cyber security solutions to large enterprises or government customers.
- Proven ability to provide technical and strategic oversight for a high-performing team of security professionals.
- Demonstrated experience creating effective security strategies that balance prevention and detection, drive risk reduction and mitigation.
