Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to exceeding expectations;
  • Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, adhering to dress code guidelines;
  • Hold at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant environment;
  • Hold a valid RSA certificate, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
