Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing cocktails and mocktails to the highest standard
  • Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Upselling and suggesting sales to increase revenue
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
