We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role will involve coordinating daily facilities operations, ensuring access and communication for impacted teams during contractor activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will be responsible for managing relationships with external contractors, obtaining quotes, scheduling site visits, and resolving performance issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating facilities systems for construction/renovation projects and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintaining records of waste management services, infrastructure services, and cleaning services.
  • Monitoring site security requirements (access, alarm monitoring).
  • Performing minor handyman jobs, such as light globe replacements and basic plumbing repairs.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
