Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking individuals to fill a permanent and/or casual position for our Data Centre in Noble Park Victoria.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving issues. As the first point of contact with staff and visitors, they will ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current Victorian Security Licence
  • A current NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance – Desirable but not mandatory
  • Consideration may be given to staff that hold a Baseline clearance with the ability to upgrade to NV1
  • Proven experience in a similar role, encompassing reception / concierge / security operations duties
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • An ability to form effective client and employee relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • The ability to produce high-quality reports
  • Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft products)
  • High levels of customer service skills
  • Availability to work additional shifts as relief
  • A current smart mobile phone with credit and the ability to use apps
  • Capacity to act autonomously, a high level of attention to detail, and sound analytical skills
