Health and Wellness Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead the delivery of workplace health and wellness programs. This role is crucial in promoting holistic wellbeing and improving productivity across Australia and New Zealand.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Fostering a balanced and healthy workforce through strategic programming and facilitation
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive health, fitness, and wellness initiatives
  • Providing private and group consultations to promote optimal wellbeing
  • Leading group exercise classes and workshops
  • Coordinating social events and maintaining facility operations
  • Reporting on program outcomes and administrative tasks

This role is ideal for an energetic and passionate individual with knowledge of wholistic health and wellbeing. Essential skills include:

  • Exceptional communication and reporting abilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Certificate III or IV in fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Driver's License

Vital qualifications include FIFO experience, Pilates or similar certification, and tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science/Nutrition/Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy/Occupational Health.
