About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our team in Wagga Wagga NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant during peak periods, leading by example and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control;
  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve their full potential and provide exceptional customer experiences;
  • Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant operation meet or exceed company standards;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management;
