Are you a highly skilled and organized professional looking to support senior leaders in investment strategy and responsible investments? As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to two General Managers within the Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation and Responsible Investments teams.

The role requires coordinating meetings, managing diaries, arranging travel, and assisting with budget administration. You will also coordinate team activities, develop presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Administrative Support: Provide email management, calendar organisation, and document preparation services to senior leaders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Budget Administration: Manage budgets, administer expense claims, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Developing Presentations: Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Qualified applicants will have experience working with senior managers, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
