We're on the lookout for skilled Crane Operators to join our dynamic team.Picture yourself on a 19 : 9-day shift roster, flying in and out from Perth to Karratha, and immersing yourself in this monumental project.As part of the Perdaman Project Ceres, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art urea plant with a capacity of 2.14 million tons per annum.

In partnership with our parent company, Webuild, we are delivering some of Australia's largest projects and have a strong pipeline of upcoming opportunities.Who you are :A Crane Operator with experience in managing inbound freight, logistics, laydown, and material transport.
You should have experience operating cranes ranging from 15T to 100T, including 260T cranes, and operating Franners with lifting capacities of 60 to 80 tonnes.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors is essential.Your role will include :Minimum 5 years operator experience in a similar roleSafely and efficiently operating mobile crane equipment at construction sites requiring heavy lifting.Maintaining mobile plant safe working conditions and conducting daily pre-start inspections.Reporting faults and anomalies, and adhering to OH&S policies and procedures.Ensuring machinery operation safety and effectiveness at all times.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Qualifications you will bring :Current Australian Driver's LicenseC6 - Operation of a slewing mobile crane up to 60TC1 - Operation of a slewing mobile crane up to 100TFranner, Dogman / Rigger tickets, Construction White / Blue Card, EWP, Working at Heights tickets, Bridge Crane, Slinging / Rigging, Pick and Carry Cranes.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and full working rights in Australia.We offer:Competitive hourly rate, attractive weekly project incentive, full PPE, training and development opportunities, career growth, and wellbeing programs.
