Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of material handling equipment on-site with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with forklifts and warehouse equipment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain and repair material handling equipment on-site with customers
  • Deliver top-notch technical support and minimize downtime
  • Build strong relationships with customers and represent our company with pride
  • Keep accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification (heavy or light vehicle mechanic, plant, diesel, or similar)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Current driver's license
