The School of Engineering at Edith Cowan University has a strong track record of success in developing and delivering quality engineering programs that promote community and environmental sustainability. The school offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various fields, including electrical power systems.

We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Lecturer in Electrical Power Systems. As an Academic Expert, you will be responsible for teaching and researching in the area of electrical power systems. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials, as well as supervising students on their research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess students in the area of electrical power systems
  • Conduct research in the area of electrical power systems and publish findings in reputable journals
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
  • Supervise students on their research projects
  • Participate in academic staff meetings and contribute to the decision-making process

Requirements:

  • PhD in Electrical Power Systems or a related field
  • Proven teaching and research experience in the area of electrical power systems
  • Ability to teach and assess students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
