Employee Experience Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Employee Experience Partner to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging through proactive initiatives and partnerships.

Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent HR practices and employment legislation knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers
  • Guide line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field are preferred but not mandatory
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
