Educational Leadership Position

This is a leadership position that provides expertise, advice and support to the Director on strategy, policy, innovation and research.
The Executive Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting across schools. They will collaborate with senior leaders to drive professional development, support inclusive education practices and ensure alignment with national and diocesan priorities.
The position oversees key projects, data-informed decision-making and other tasks to improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Possess degree qualifications in education preferably with post-graduate qualification in education leadership, curriculum or similar field.
- Hold current registration as a Teacher with relevant teaching authority.
- Possess valid Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to the objectives, vision and ethos of Catholic Education.
- Promote child safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Senior learning and teaching experience at organisational level with responsibilities across schools or similar skills and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead, motivate and positively influence individuals and groups.
