Manage the Dairy Department

As a Retail Leader, you will be an integral part of a well-established organization making a positive impact every day.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Store Manager and be fully accountable for running the dairy department. You will lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while driving engagement and delivering exceptional service and quality to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments is essential.
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience is necessary as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent department standards includes monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
  • Driving a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Delighting customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
