About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a position that involves supporting clients in achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients and assist them on their employment journey.

The successful candidate will have experience in Customer Service and be self-driven, resilient, and hungry to succeed. Experience in the Employment Services sector is advantageous, but not essential as we have a strong induction and support network in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation of job seeker skills, abilities, identification of barriers, and intervention strategies
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into their chosen program
  • Reverse marketing of job seekers to achieve sustainable employment opportunities
  • Provision of pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use computer systems, excellent data accuracy & note taking
  • Building rapport, growing & maintaining relationships with clients, peers, & jobseekers
