About Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality patient care across sub-acute services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work collaboratively with Senior Clinician Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Stream/Team Leaders to achieve excellence in patient outcomes, innovation, and operational effectiveness.

About the Role:

  • Patient Care Delivery: Provide high-quality exercise programs for patients in sub-acute services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assessment and Advice: Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based advice on exercise prescription, maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver best-practice patient care, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor or Masters degree assessed as eligible for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
  • Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility criteria to be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), including Victorian Drivers Licence.
