As an engineer, you will be part of a high-performance team environment where you will have the chance to work on exciting projects, receive one-on-one mentoring, and build a strong foundation for a future-proof career.

We are seeking candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, especially those with an interest in hydraulics. You will be responsible for evaluating new product ideas and market opportunities, representing the company to key customers, and working hand-in-hand with key distribution channels to drive product growth.

The ideal candidate will have confidence with computers (MS Office, AutoCAD, databases), basic AutoCAD proficiency, strong time management and organizational skills, love learning, working with a team, and making things better. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also essential. If you don't tick every box yet, that's okay - we'll support you with a structured two-year graduate development program including real-world experience with hydraulic and electrical systems, engineering sales and customer service training, and opportunity to work on clean technologies including Electrification.
