Paint Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled paint professional to take on a leadership role within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the colour mixing room and swatches, leading the team to achieve daily goals, and matching and mixing paint for customers. They will work in a well-organised workshop with access to the latest equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive repair, knowledge of vehicle spray painting or colour mixing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes and learn new ideas.
