RMA Mornington is a well-organised, tidy workshop specialising in a variety of smash work from small to large. We have a great team culture with long-standing team members who work together. We maintain a steady workflow and are partnered with large insurers. You will have access to all the latest equipment — including Car-O-Liner systems. We are conveniently located on Tyabb Rd.
The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for Paint Team Lead to join the team at RMA Mornington
Working in a dynamic environment, you will be able to work autonomously, and you will take pride in delivering high quality work for our customers.
Role responsibilities- Match and mix paint to the specified colour to ensure a good colour match for the customer
- Maintain the colour mixing room and colour swatches
- Lead the team to achieve daily goals
Does this sound like you?
- Previous automotive repair experience and experience in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing
- Good at following process, willing to learn and apply new innovative ideas
- Have a high attention to detail
- Maintain a clean work space
- Contribute to a positive work environment for the team and customers
