Project Support Role

The Project Support Officer works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to drive hospital performance, patient flow, and system-wide improvement.

  • This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director Operations and Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities and deliver small projects or project components.
  • Prepare documentation and organise meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Support Quality & Safety and child safe practices.
You will need:
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge and experience in general business processes and office management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of information technology software.
