We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, and Lightning Components.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. They will design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations, as well as develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as LWCs, Apex, and Lightning Components.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
  • Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrators.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory and experience in Health Cloud and OmniStudio is preferred
  • Proficiency in LWCs, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
