About the RoleAs a Pathology Collector, you will play a critical role in the healthcare system by collecting blood and coordinating specimen samples from patients. Your primary responsibility will be to collect blood samples with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all specimens are handled and processed efficiently. You will also maintain accurate records for every patient and sample, meeting strict turnaround times.

You will work independently in various clinics, using your organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
