About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Law Legal Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocacy in various Courts, including circuit work, youth jurisdiction, and developing hearings capacity;
- Manage your own workflows without billable hours;

About You
- Must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner within the State of Queensland and hold a current Practising Certificate;
- Demonstrate a high level of professional service in all aspects of Criminal Law, including adult and youth jurisdictions;
- Hold a current Driver Licence and be willing to drive for work;
- Have a minimum of two years' full-time post-admission experience, resilience for complex work, and ability to develop culturally sensitive service skills;
Salary scope is indicative only and is subject to negotiation.
