Customer Service and Administration Supervisor


Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service and Administration Supervisor, you will oversee and mentor a customer-focused administration team, implement streamlined processes, and support operational leadership in achieving business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of customer service and administration professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Streamline Administrative Processes: Ensure consistent execution of administration processes, including procurement, asset management, sales orders, invoicing, credits, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously identify risks, opportunities, and solutions to improve service delivery and operational performance.
  • Manage Data Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and productivity improvements in administrative and customer service processes.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading or supervising customer service and/or administration teams.
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, particularly during times of change.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes.
  • Process Simplification: Proven track record in process simplification and standardisation.
