About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse to provide full-time cover for a 6-month maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student health and safety, administering medications, supporting policy implementation, maintaining medical equipment, and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors.
  • Administer S8 medications to students in accordance with established protocols.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain medical equipment and manage stock supplies for the Care Centre, including excursions and camps.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.

About You

  • A strong Christian faith is essential.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA is required.
  • The ability to receive feedback and implement changes is crucial.
  • Effective planning, data collection, analysis, and strategy development skills are necessary.
  • A current Employee Working With Children Check is mandatory.
