Healthcare Professional Opportunity

Job Summary

This is a full-time, part-time and casual opportunity to work as a healthcare professional in a multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing high quality evidence-based care to consumers, their families and carers within a recovery and trauma-informed framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering safe and compassionate person-centred care through assessment, risk assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team to achieve safe quality outcomes that meet consumer goals in the least restrictive environment.
  • Effectively coordinating care plans in collaboration with consumers, their families or carers, the multidisciplinary team, community mental health teams, non-government providers and other agencies.
  • A commitment to delivering contemporary and innovative approaches to care.
