Our organization is seeking an AV Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and maintain the health of our Audio Visual equipment. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for AV-related service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve AV hardware and software issues over the phone and in-person.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for digital signage, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers.
  • Collaborate with the AV team to conduct system runups and configuration prior to deployment onsite.
  • Maintain accurate records of deployed systems and changes.
  • Partner with vendors and suppliers to manage warranty claims, repairs, and system upgrades.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an AV support or IT service desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms, interactive displays, sound systems, and AV control systems.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining vendor-specific solutions.
  • Familiarity with AV integrations into IT environments.
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms Administration experience and certification.
