AV Solutions Architect Role

This is a high-level, strategic position that requires exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AV system design, networking technologies, and UC system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive AV solutions that meet client needs and ensure commercial alignment.
  • Attend client meetings, gather technical inputs, and create detailed tenders, BOMs, and system descriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on AV system designs.
  • Ensure smooth handovers of projects from sales to delivery, providing clear technical documentation and support.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and maintain internal design standards.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in professional development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in the AV industry or a strong background in AV system installations.
  • Proven expertise in AV system design, networking technologies like Dante, multicasting, and UC system requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications such as Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, AV technologies).
