About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting factories, teams, and the business with all aspects of supply, including understanding local needs, constraints, and regulations.

This role offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to translate factory and business insights into sourcing and systems solutions that drive optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist in understanding local needs, constraints, and regulations to ensure timely and accurate contract availability.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies across ingredients and packaging categories.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence and commercial risk management through data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Procurement Expertise: Proven ability to drive and deliver procurement projects with strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
  • Risk Management: Understands risk management and can perform relevant analysis to support cost management and visibility of risks and opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Possesses strong communication skills and commercial acumen to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
