Operational Excellence Specialist - Fleet Management

Job Description:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our car leasing business. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve KPIs across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
  • Own and publish the business process repository with visible processes and appropriate sign-offs.
  • Collect and analyze data for the Operations function and drive the Operations Performance Tracker with the business.
  • Collaborate with departments to align efficiency initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles; financial services experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
