
Administrative Support Role

The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive support services to employees and clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support that promotes efficiency, accuracy, prioritisation, and team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, systems, and registers in accordance with organisational standards and project requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for department employees and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an administrative or project support role, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with excellent data analysis and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally in all interactions.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of prioritising and coordinating multiple tasks or projects within tight timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, as well as Project management principles.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Certificate II in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
