The Role
  • Access the community for shopping, appointments, and daily activities with individuals in our care
  • Engage participants in scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities, and excursions
  • Provide transportation assistance and engage in social events as required
  • Prepare meals and offer simple in-home supports tailored to individual needs

This role requires a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and choice while maintaining a safe and structured environment.

Requirements

  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
