Early Childhood Educator Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with young children aged 3-5 years old. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our kindergarten team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children;
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment;
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to enhance the quality of educational programs;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of all children;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education;

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check;
