Our team is seeking a highly skilled Risk Modelling and Data Scientist to build predictive models using advanced statistical techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning methods, with the ability to identify fraud behaviour based on historical risk and expert experience.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with risk strategy analysts to develop solutions to real business problems. This will involve designing and implementing optimal risk-benefit decisions that balance customer experience and security.
To succeed in this role, you will require a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. You should also possess a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and tools such as SQL and Python.
Adept analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. Self-motivation, self-learning, creativity, and strong communication skills are also required.
Prior experience as a data scientist, preferably with project or research experience, is highly valued. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, while proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
