Your key responsibilities will include:
* Modeling exemplary teaching practice and implementing school priorities related to wellbeing and engagement and/or Disability Inclusion
* Demonstrating expertise in the implementation and modeling of high-impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs
* Leading and modeling the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery
* Providing evidence-based feedback to teaching staff to inform their effectiveness and development
* Supervising and training student teachers and mentoring and/or coaching teachers
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum (Victorian Curriculum and Victoria Pathways Certificate)
* Demonstrated ability to model exemplary teaching practice and implement school priorities
* Proven expertise in the implementation and modeling of high-impact teaching strategies
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, parents, and the broader school community
