Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader in developing and implementing Person-Centred Plans (PCPs), promoting independent living skills through both formal and informal teaching methods.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including medication management, personal hygiene, food preparation, dressing, and mealtime support, maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate records related to medical, behavioural, and financial documentation, adhering to guidelines and ensuring the collection and storage of receipts when handling resident funds.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks such as payroll, compliance reports, and client procedural paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, strictly following policies, procedures, and WHS standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability
  • Current Victorian Drivers licence
  • Completed First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current NDISWorker Screening Check clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate - 'Quality, Safety & You'
  • Current Working with Children Check Victoria for paid employment
