Personal Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality care and support.

  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and promoting choice.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging autonomy.
  • Contribute to residents' physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs through assessment and observation.
  • Implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, following the resident's plan of care.
About You

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in individual support or an equivalent recognized qualification. Other essential requirements include effective communication skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and flexibility when working with elderly individuals.
