Protein Trading Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Trade Team in achieving trade targets.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a number of leaders within the supply chain sphere who have a genuine commitment to bringing through the next generation in industry.

  • This role involves providing support to the Shipping, Export Documentation, and Trade teams as required.
  • You will be responsible for creating and administering purchase and sales contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Study and evaluate market behaviors and external factors affecting trade activities.
  • Assist Traders with their daily activities to learn and develop.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, including government and industry bodies.

To be successful in this role, you should have tertiary studies in Agri/International Business or related fields, with a desire to build a career in this sector. Essential qualities include attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate your passion for this career path.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in shipping and documentation, with training provided to lay the foundation for progression into procurement, Junior Trader, and Senior Trader roles.
