Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced commercial property professional to join our Capital Transactions team based in Adelaide CBD. This key role will involve assisting the Head of Transactions, Investment Services in marketing and negotiating the sale of investment-grade properties across the CBD and Metro Markets.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in the campaign life cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compilation of comprehensive financial and technical due diligence materials, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
  • Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence, particularly in the area of divestments and acquisitions that leads to the identification and securing of off-market opportunities, both portfolios and single assets, across the Office asset class.
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Investment Services client group, including Institutional and International clients.
  • Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline.
  • Preparation of client progress reports on campaigns and attendance at client meetings.
  • Active pursuit of new appointments to act for organizations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A University Degree qualification and Real Estate License/Certificate.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project).
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
  • An understanding of local investment property market trends and current market conditions.
