Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to lead process improvement initiatives within our organisation. The successful candidate will have expertise in analysing current business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategies to boost productivity and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong collaboration with management to introduce digital innovations and support the integration of new technologies and tools. Data analysis skills are essential for monitoring and assessing internal process effectiveness using data analysis tools and reporting dashboards.

A key focus area will be preparing and presenting detailed business reports, performance reviews, and process optimisation proposals that meet financial and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for training and guiding internal teams on improved systems and new procedures to ensure seamless adoption and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Analyse and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Digital Innovation: Collaborate with management to introduce digital innovations and support the integration of new technologies and tools.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal processes using data analysis tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present detailed business reports, performance reviews, and process optimisation proposals, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • PMP certification with 2 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
