Christian Studies and Chaplaincy Team Leader

To foster a vibrant community of Christian faith and practice, we seek a dedicated team leader to oversee the development and implementation of our Christian Studies programs.

Key responsibilities include facilitating weekly Chapel services and special assemblies, as well as leading and promoting Bible study groups and other ministries for students.

The successful candidate will strengthen connections with the Presbyterian Church, its mission, institutions, and programs, while fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect among staff, students, and parents.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Education and/or Theological/Biblical Studies and NESA registration
  • Membership of a reformed evangelical Christian Church
  • Experience in Christian ministry with children aged 3-12 years is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Christian Studies and Chaplaincy teams across all stages of the Preparatory School
  • Capacity to infuse Christian values into teaching and learning
  • A recognition of the value and uniqueness of each individual within the school community
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning and Christian development
  • Professional and personal integrity
