Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Social Media Specialist to collaborate with our team on exciting digital projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining a content calendar, and coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social to create high-quality content.
  • Manage online communities and develop strategies to increase engagement.
  • Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate copy and updated content in the CMS throughout the production process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar digital role (social media, social, and content).
  • Team leadership and management experience is ideal.
  • Solid copywriting experience is ideal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly proficient in project management and documentation.
  • Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Passion for digital marketing with a strong knowledge of social media.
  • Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMs.
