- Registered Nurses/Midwives work with eligible women from early pregnancy until their child turns two, focusing on improving maternal and child health.">
- Collaborate with eligible women to support them during pregnancy and early childhood, recognizing their strengths, building skills and confidence, and accessing services.">
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, empowering them to improve their life trajectory.">
- Work collaboratively with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers to deliver evidence-based home visitation programs.">
- Registered Nurses/Midwives with experience working with Aboriginal communities.">
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.">
