About the Role:

The Australian Family Partnership Program (FPP) is a voluntary home visitation program aiming to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, helping them recognize their strengths, build skills and confidence.
  • Improve life trajectories by accessing services and supporting clients towards positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with eligible women from early pregnancy until their child turns two, fostering a supportive environment.
  2. Deliver culturally sensitive care while collaborating with Aboriginal family partnership workers.
About You:
  • You will have experience working with vulnerable populations and be passionate about enhancing maternal and child well-being.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust with clients.
