Property Repair Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage property repair cases with expertise in contract administration, claims management, and loss adjusting.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in managing contractual obligations and delivering outcomes under pressure. They will have excellent knowledge of insurance and/or claims management, along with the ability to interpret complex information and respond appropriately.
Key responsibilities include providing support and advice to customers and suppliers, requesting supplier appointments, detailing required information for claims, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their case load effectively, meet compliance requirements, and produce high-quality written reports.
This role involves working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues during a claim. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build rapport with clients and service providers.
The selected individual will also be responsible for maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuing education and contributing to a team environment by sharing information and supporting colleagues.
