We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of large corporate clients. This role is responsible for structuring, underwriting, negotiating and monitoring financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing credit risk management strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities to responsibly grow the loan portfolio through targeted financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Mitigating potential losses by effectively managing deteriorating credits through amendments and restructurings.
  • Leading internal discussions and completing comprehensive credit approval memorandums that summarize transaction merits and risks based on thorough findings.
  • Negotiating complex loan documentation and ensuring timely closings.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external regulators to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial lending with expertise in loans, trading & treasury products.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to lead complex transactions from start to finish.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all levels of risk, support and business partners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
