Skilled Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional to fill a key role in our manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work, implementing lean manufacturing principles, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure efficient plant operation.
- Applying lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes.
- Conducting thorough investigations to identify causes of equipment failures and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborating with the operations manager and production team to improve productivity and equipment performance.
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar industry or related field.
- Able to complete mechanical tasks efficiently to meet company standards.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety standards and adherence to these practices.
- Experience in breakdown, fault finding, and line start-up processes.
- Proficiency in using milling machines, lathes, and welding techniques (TIG, MIG).
